RESOLUTION
Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED by the Guilford County Board of Commissioners, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 47-30.2 and effective February 6, 2025, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners amends its appointments, at the request of the Town of Kernersville, by adding the following persons to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in N.C.G.S. 47-30.2, and other applicable law, and amends the Review Officer listing as follows:
Appoint Catherine Garner, Community Development Director; Brad Rentz, Senior Planner; Jordan Caudle, Planner II; and Liam Bowman, GIS Planner as Review Officers for maps and plats within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the Town of Kernersville, NC.
Pursuant to said state, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
ADOPTED this the 6th day of February 2025.
