BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County currently contracts with Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. to provide maintenance services for multifunctional photocopiers used in County departments. The County is opting to exercise the renewal option set forth in the initial contract, with a one (1) year renewal effective July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017.
