BACKGROUND
Background
The County has been working to complete a needed access control system upgrade at the Juvenile Detention Center to improve facility security and support the safety of County staff and juvenile detainees. The proposed maintenance package is priced at $87,120.66, consisting of $27,635.42 for Year 1, $29,017.19 for Year 2, and $30,468.05 for Year 3. The first year's cost would be prorated base...
