BACKGROUND

background

Guilford County uses Farragut System's NCPTS software for land appraisals, billing and collections. As part of the NCPTS suite of add-on products MapMetrics, DeedSync and ParcelSync were also purchased to enable efficient flow of data among other related softare systems. DeedSync assists in automating workflow from land records information in NCPTS and Register of Deeds data. ParcelSync aids in creating a standardized workflow for land transactions and MapMetrics helps visualize parcels and build appraisal neighborhoods.  Together, these three (3) software products have been invaluable in automating data exchange among systems, and saving time and money by avoiding duplication of efforts among departments and eliminating errors throughout the process.

This agreement will renew maintenance on these three (3) products for three (3) years, allowing the County to continue receiving valuable support and maintenance from Farragut Systems. The maintenance and support agreement includes upgrades to the software.
