BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Purchasing issued a re-bid 20262 and Otis Elevator was selected. Otis Elevator is the current service provider firm and was selected for the agreement based on their familiarity with our buildings and elevator configurations.
Guilford County Facilities proposed contract with Otis Elevator shall be in effect for three years (3) and six (6) months, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029, with no additional renewals.

Requested Action
Approve a contract in substantial form, between Guilford County, on behalf of its Facilities Department, and Otis Elevators to provide annual elevator service at county facilities not to exceed $214,458.73 and authorize staff to take all necessary actions to execute the agreement.
