BACKGROUND
Background
Currently The United States of America, on behalf of The United States Department of Agriculture, leases 2,322 rentable square feet for the local Farm Service Agency office at 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro, N.C. The United States of America, on behalf of The United States Department of Agriculture, wishes to execute a lease amendment to continue leasing 2,322 rentable square feet (comprised of offices: 109, 109B, 110, 111, and 111A) of office space at 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro, N.C. 27405, for the same purpose. The United States of America requests to amend the lease for forty-two (42) months, beginning August 1, 2023 and ending January 31, 2027, for a total annual rental amount of $23,220.
