Requested Action

Consider approval of one of the following options for interlocal agreement (ILA) rates for Guilford County municipal property tax collection, to be effective July 1, 2024:

 

Option 1) Maintain ILA rate at 0.62%.

Option 2) Increase ILA rate to 0.75%.

Option 3) Increase ILA rate to 1.00%.
