RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Guilford County Board of Commissioners, Pursuant to N.C. G.S. 47-30.2, effective May 19, 2016, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners amends its appointments, at the request of the Town of Summerfield, by adding the following person to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in N.C.G.S. 47-30.2 and other applicable laws and amends the Review Officer listing as follows:
Scott Whitaker, Summerfield Town Manager, as Review Officer for maps and plats within the corporate limits of the Town of Summerfield, NC; and remove the names of Carol Cater, Julie Reid and Carrie Spencer as Review Officers for maps and plats within the corporate limits of the Town of Summerfield, NC.
Pursuant to the said statute, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of Review Officer.
ADOPTED this the 19th day of May, 2016.
