BACKGROUND

background

The proposed attached agreement allows for the provision of Animal Shelter and Animal Control services by the County within the city limits of High Point. The agreement is effective July 1, 2025 and is subject to final approval and any non-material revisions made by the County Attorney and County Manager. The agreement shall continue for a term of one (1) year unless terminated pursuant to the terms therein.
