BACKGROUND

Background

Law Enforcement is requesting to appropriate $38,810 of insurance claim receipts to apply for replacement purchases. The amounts received from insurance claims were $38,810 for the 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe that was declared a total loss after a fire that began in the engine compartment.  Funds will be used to purchase a replacement vehicle.
