BACKGROUND
Background
The Guilford County Emergency Medical Services would wish to enter into a Lease of Space located at 6012 Liberty Road, Climax, NC, commonly referred to as the Southeast Volunteer Fire Department, from the Southeast Volunteer Fire Department Inc. Guilford County EMS would like to enter into the Lease on July 1, 2017 for a period of one (1) year, expiring June 30, 2018 at the compensation rate of $4,528.14.

Approve, in substantial form, the lease agreement for the Guilford County EMS to rent space at 6012 Liberty Road, Climax, NC, from the Southeast Volunteer Fire Department Inc. and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
