BACKGROUND
background
Guilford County currently contracts with CI Fleet Solutions, Inc. for our basic vehicle maintenance and repair services. The initial contract was for three (3) years, with the option to extend for two (2) one-year renewals, and will end on June 30, 2017. The County is now opting to exercise the renewal options set forth in the initial contract, with a one (1) year renewal option effective July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018. County Departments located in High Point will have access to vehicle maintenance services at Thomas Tires in High Point, through their competitively bid state contract with the North Carolina Sherriffs Association.
