BACKGROUND
background
Initial lease was approved in substantial form by the BOC on January 19th, 2017. It has been determined that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-272 that the lease must be publicly advertised for thirty days, due to the duration of the lease being greater than 30 days. The Guilford County Clerk has duly noticed the three year term of the lease and the extended term is ready for affirmation of the January 19th decision.
