BACKGROUND

Background

The Board of County Commissioners approved the FY23 NCDPS Youth Focus Grant on November 17, 2022. NCDPS  requested that they use Guilford County as a funding facilitator to the Youth Focus “HEARTH Transitional Living Program” with monthly reimbursements during FY 23. NCDPS has taken on all responsibilities for vetting the program’s services and expenditures and will disburse funds to Guilford County monthly to reimburse Youth Focus “HEARTH Transitional Living Program". The attached revision to the funding budget for the Youth Focus - HEARTH Transitional Living Program contract FY 2022-2023 reflects changes to line-item adjustments only, no additional changes, increases/decreases to funding amounts, as a result of their final accounting review.
