BACKGROUND
Background
The Welfare Reform Liaison Project wishes to enter into a Lease of Space located at 303 North Raleigh Street, Greensboro, NC, commonly referred to as the Old Jonesboro School. Guilford County would like to enter into the Lease on July 1, 2017 for a period of one (1) year, expiring June 30, 2018 with the option of four (4) one (1) year renewals at the compensation rate of $101,196.00 annually.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the Lease of Space for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year renewals to the Welfare Reform Liaison Project for the rental of space at 303 North Raleigh Street, Greensboro, NC, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
