BACKGROUND
Background
NC Department of Public Safety (NCDPS) would like to continue assisting in funding the Youth Focus “HEARTH Transitional Living Program” in the Guilford County area during FY 2024-25. NCDPS awarded Youth Focus in ‘start-up’ funds for the current model during FY 22 and FY 23. Guilford County served as a funding facilitator for funds in FY23 and FY24.
