This program addresses traffic-related issues such as unrestrained drivers and children, speeding, motorist driving while impaired, and the community educational aspect of these issues. These funds will continue to support two (2) Deputy Sheriff positions and other operating expenses for the officers. This is the third year the county has received this grant funding, but the eleventh year of funding for the overall program.
