RESOLUTION
Background
BE IT RESOLVED by the Guilford County Board of Commissioners, pursuant to G.S. 47-30.2, effective May 16, 2024, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners amends its appointments, at the request of the Town of Summerfield's Planning Department, by adding the following person to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in G.S. 47-30.2, and other applicable law:
Bradley Walter Rentz, Planning Director, as Review Officer for maps and plats within the corporate limits of Summerfield, NC.
Pursuant to said statute, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2024.
