BACKGROUND

Background

The National Association of Counties (NACo) requires the Board of Commissioners to designate a voting delegate for its 2024 Annual Conference, which will be held July 12-15, 2024.  The voting delegate will represent Guilford County and participate in all business, motions and the election of offices during the annual business meeting on July 15, 2024.

Appoint Guilford County Board of Commissioners Chair Melvin "Skip" Alston as voting delegate to represent Guilford County at the 2024 NACo Annual Conference.
