This board shall consist of seven (7) members. The Board of Commissioners shall appoint one (1) resident of Greensboro, one (1) resident of High Point, and one (1) Guilford County at-large resident. One (1) resident voter shall be appointed each by the City of Greensboro, City of High Point, Winston-Salem Aldermen, and Forsyth County Board of Commissioners. Members establish policy for development, operation and maintenance of the airport based upon revenues earned and derived from airport operations.
