Three members are appointed by the Board of Commissioners, three by the Greensboro City Council, two by the High Point City Council, and one each by the Jamestown Town Council, the Gibsonville Alderman, and Oak Ridge to help preserve and protect Guilford County's distinctive and unique historical, architectural and cultural heritage through the use and conservation of historic properties for the education, pleasure and enrichment of area residents.
